The Ultimate Emergency Water Purifier: Your Lifesaver in Times of Crisis
The Emergency Water Purifier is the ultimate survival tool for any emergency situation. Designed for use in disaster relief, military operations, medical emergencies, and even as part of United Nations aid packages, this purifier is a crucial piece of equipment for those who need it most. With its advanced filtration system, it effectively removes harmful bacteria, viruses, and other impurities from water, ensuring a safe and clean supply even in the most extreme conditions.
Emergency water purifiers support portable water-filtration tasks when fixed supply is temporarily unavailable. Available models include foldable containers with drinking spouts, hand-pump units and portable products using membrane components or multiple filtration stages.
Do not compare these products by stage count or appearance alone. State the source water, intended treated-water use, required output per site and acceptable operating method first. The supplier must then explain what the selected model can and cannot address through its records, sample and applicable test documents.
YRF Textile supplies 6 core emergency water purifier lines for disaster relief, civil defense, military/police patrol, field medical and humanitarian projects. Standard models maintain stable raw material stock, support MOQ 30 units for stock items, custom logo/packaging from 100 units, and 72-hour production scheduling for standard stock emergency orders subject to factory schedule. All bulk orders follow sealed sample production, AQL 2.5 final inspection and 3-year batch sample traceability. All wetted parts are food contact grade BPA free material.
Note: Below parameters are standard reference values per our current production specs, custom requirements are adjustable; all filtration performance applies to relatively clear fresh water under standard test conditions, actual performance varies with source water quality.

Procurement note: For evacuation centers, temporary schools, on-site teams; works as regular water bottle with built-in filter, durable for repeated daily use. Integrated sealed unit, no user serviceable parts inside.
Clear-looking water is not automatically suitable for drinking. Sediment, microorganisms, salinity, chemical contaminants and other risks require different treatment methods. A portable filter must not be treated as suitable for every source without applicable evidence.
This route suits projects that prioritize compact packing and portable allocation. Confirm the container, filter component, spout, connections, filled operation and cleaning and drying steps. A foldable container alone does not demonstrate filtration performance.
Hand-Pump Unit
Water is drawn and filtered by manual pushing or pumping. Confirm operating force, each use step, inlet and outlet hoses, pump stability, cleaning method and whether users can sustain the planned output.

Available models include hollow-fibre, ultrafiltration-membrane and multi-stage structures. Define each stage's actual component, function, replaceability and supporting documents. "4-stage" or "5-stage" wording is not a substitute for verified performance.

We do not compete on lowest possible price; below is the direct difference between our standard export units and common low cost market units, so you can select per your project requirements:
Membrane performance
YRF Standard: Full count 0.01μm permanently hydrophilic hollow fiber, works immediately after dry storage, no pre-soaking required, consistent flow rate.
Low cost units: Reduced fiber count, non-hydrophilic membrane, requires pre-soaking after drying, clogs quickly, flow drops sharply after first few uses.
Material safety
YRF Standard: All wetted parts virgin food grade BPA-free material, no harsh chemical odor; food contact test report available per request.
Low cost units: Recycled plastic for wetted parts, strong chemical odor, no food contact testing, risk of BPA or heavy metal leaching.
Pump & seals
YRF Standard: Food grade silicone O-rings + silicone one-way check valve, sample tested 1000+ pumps no air leak, no dirty water backflow into clean side.
Low cost units: Cheap rubber seals, no check valve, develops air leaks after 50-100 pumps, dirty water flows back and contaminates filtered water.
Carbon filtration
YRF Standard: Sealed carbon block / carbon fiber, only trace carbon dust on first 30 second flush, no ongoing carbon release into water.
Low cost units: Loose granular carbon, continuous black carbon particles in water, inconsistent odor removal.
Hoses & cold resistance
YRF Standard: Food grade silicone hoses, remain flexible down to -10℃, no cracking in cold weather.
Low cost units: Hard PVC hoses, become brittle and crack below 0℃, leak after one freeze cycle.
YRF Standard: All pump units 100% flow tested before packing, other units tested per AQL 2.5 sampling; 3 year batch sample retention for full traceability.
Low cost units: No pre-shipment function testing, no batch numbers, no traceability if defects appear.
All rated life values are for clear tap water per standard lab test; actual life varies significantly based on source water turbidity. Below is real world reference for project stock planning:
Clear tap / clear mountain stream: Heavy pump ~8000L | Mini pump ~5000L | Straw ~1000L | TPU bag / Tritan bottle ~1500L
Slightly turbid river water (no visible sediment): Heavy pump ~3000L | Mini pump ~2000L | Straw ~400L | TPU bag / Tritan bottle ~600L
Flood water, settled & pre-filtered through cloth: Heavy pump ~800L | Mini pump ~500L | Straw ~150L | TPU bag / Tritan bottle ~200L
Heavily silty/muddy water, not pre-filtered: Not recommended, will clog cartridge in under 50L and may permanently damage membrane.
For flood response projects we recommend stocking 200-300% more replacement cartridges than you would for clear water use, to account for higher turbidity.
All spare parts are available as separate line items for bulk orders, MOQ applies. We recommend stocking 10-20% spare parts for large projects to cover normal loss and wear:
Treatment Boundaries & Safety Red Lines (Acceptance & Use Limits)
All units use 0.01μm food grade hollow fiber membrane, all wetted parts BPA free per food contact standards; pump models are 100% flow tested before packing, straw/bottle/bag models batch tested per AQL 2.5.
What these units are tested to remove from relatively clear fresh water: 99.99% of common tested waterborne bacteria (E. coli, Salmonella, etc.), 99.9% of tested protozoan cysts (Giardia, Cryptosporidium), sediment, rust, bad odor and chlorine taste, when used correctly per instructions.
What these units are NOT designed or tested to remove: Viruses (no virus removal claim made; 0.01μm membrane may retain some larger viruses but this is not tested or guaranteed, use additional chemical disinfection for virus risk), dissolved heavy metals, salt/sea water, agricultural/industrial chemicals, pesticides, petroleum products, radioactive contaminants, dissolved toxins, urine, blood or oily waste. For these risks additional treatment (reverse osmosis, distillation, appropriate chemical treatment) is required.
Use limits and safety notes: Do not use with water over 45℃, hot water permanently damages membrane fibers; always fully drain all water after use in cold conditions, as ice expansion can rupture membrane fibers — proper draining greatly extends product life; do not directly filter heavily muddy/silty water, first settle 30+ minutes and pre-filter through cloth; first use run water through for 30 seconds to flush storage solution and trace carbon dust; after use backwash (pump/straw models only), empty all water and air dry completely before storage in a ventilated place, do not store wet in sealed bag as mold may grow; do not clean cartridges with soap, detergent, alcohol, bleach or boiling water, only clean with clean filtered water; do not disassemble integrated sealed cartridges, breakage of seal causes leakage; do not submerge the clean water outlet in dirty water; for infant drinking, we recommend boiling filtered water as an extra precaution; cartridges are consumable items, replace when flow drops below 50% of normal or after rated life, whichever comes first; this is an emergency outdoor product, not a permanent replacement for municipally treated potable water.
0.01 micron (μm) nominal filtration: Nominal pore size rating, tested to remove bacteria (~0.5μm) and protozoa (~1μm+); not rated for virus removal, does not remove dissolved substances.
Hollow fiber membrane: Bundle of tiny hollow polymer fibers with microscopic pores, water passes through pores while contaminants are trapped on the outside; standard for portable emergency purifiers. Our membrane is permanently hydrophilic treated for consistent flow after dry storage.
Backwashing: Flowing clean water backwards through the membrane to dislodge trapped sediment, extending cartridge life; available on pump and straw models only, not on sealed integrated bag/bottle units.
Cartridge rated life: Tested volume of clear tap water the filter can process before flow becomes too slow; actual life varies significantly with source water turbidity, turbid water reduces life substantially.
BPA Free: All parts in contact with drinking water do not contain Bisphenol A, meet standard food contact material requirements; test reports available per request.
A filter may describe one component or filtration task. A purifier is a product label, but its treatment boundary still requires model-specific test documents. A complete water-treatment system may also include pretreatment, disinfection, storage, transfer or other stages. A portable product is not a complete system merely because the wording is similar.
"4-stage filtration," "5-stage filtration," "hollow-fibre membrane" or a stated filtration rating identifies a structure or parameter that needs further explanation. Check the test target, method, test conditions, report date, sample model and limitations.

The report must match the selected model. R esults from another cartridge, structure or laboratory sample cannot replace the current bulk product, and one model's result cannot be extended to every product.
When comparing these models, do not transfer performance wording from a product name directly into the procurement specification. Material, filtration rating, stage count, capacity, output and source-water suitability require model-level verification.
Sample fee is quoted separately based on exact model and customization; sample fee and courier cost are prepaid by buyer, sample fee is non-refundable. Preparation time depends on the product and customization.

Continued operation depends on more than the initial equipment quantity. Confirm when cartridges require cleaning or replacement, how reduced flow or component failure is identified, whether spares can reach the site and whether cartridges from different batches remain compatible.
Plan in this order: determine the treatment requirement for each site; check the selected model's actual output and practical operating hours under the agreed conditions; then allocate units, backup units and cartridges. Difficult source water, short operating windows or limited resupply make an ideal flow figure alone unreliable.
With complete input, an actionable response should identify the recommended model, supplied components, separately required items, available test documents, sample arrangement, packing, quotation conditions and unresolved questions rather than returning only a unit price.
All 6 models available as standard: mini hand pump, heavy duty group pump, 4-stage straw, TPU foldable squeeze bag 500/1000ml, Tritan bottle filter; standard colors olive drab, blue, black, orange; pre-production sample confirmed before bulk custom orders.
Custom body color, printed logo on unit/bottle, custom labels, multi-language instruction manuals; custom carton marks; spare cartridges, pre-filters, replacement hoses available as separate line items; can be bundled with water bladders, buckets, or chemical disinfection tablets for complete water kits.
Standard stock models MOQ 30 units; custom logo/packaging MOQ 100 units; custom modification MOQ 200 units; special small orders quoted individually.
Sample lead time 1-2 working days for stock samples, 5-7 days for custom printed samples. We can produce per project standard and provide test reports, we support custom project marking per requirements.
After-sales: Standard products cover manufacturing defects under normal use; damage from disassembly, use with hot water/chemicals, or failure to drain water before freezing is not covered under manufacturing defect warranty; batch samples retained for 3 years for traceability; stored dry sealed out of sun and freezing, unopened units have 5 year rated shelf life; spare cartridges and parts available for bulk orders.

Provide the source water, available analysis, treated-water use, users, sites and planned output before selecting a format.
No. These units are designed for relatively clear fresh water; they do not treat sea water, heavy chemical contamination, and are not tested for virus removal. Heavily silty water requires pre-settling and pre-filtration. Different contamination risks require different treatment, assessed from source-water information and the selected model report.
Only when used correctly on relatively clear fresh water contaminated with bacteria/protozoa; it does not make chemically contaminated, salt or virus-contaminated water safe. For infants, highly contaminated water or virus risk, additional boiling or chemical disinfection is recommended.
Stage count alone does not prove performance. Review each component, function, test method and applicable report; a good 2-stage 0.01μm membrane outperforms a cheap 5-stage unit with fake ratings.
Use users, sites, project duration, source water turbidity, tested flow, cleaning frequency and necessary spares; for turbid flood water expect 50-70% shorter cartridge life and plan 2-3x more spares than clear water use.
Food contact material and standard bacteria removal test reports for standard models are available per request; confirm the model, sample and test item before using a report as procurement evidence. Special third party testing is paid by buyer.
Sample fee is quoted per model and customization, prepaid by buyer; courier cost is also borne by buyer. Preparation time depends on the product and customization.
Model, quantity, cartridges, accessories, packing, documents, trade term and destination affect price. Each quotation states its validity period, normally 30 days.
Lead time is based on quantity, configuration, consumables, packing and documentation and is written into the quotation or contract.
Payment accepted by T/T. Standard terms are 30% deposit, balance before shipment; final terms subject to quotation and contract.
They can be assessed for the selected product and order, then locked in the approved sample, label artwork, instructions and packing list.
Inspect model, components, batch, documents and sampled function (flow, no leaks, backwash works for pump/straw) under the contract; carton count alone is insufficient.
No. None of our portable purifiers remove dissolved salt; reverse osmosis or desalination equipment is required for salt water.
These units are not tested or rated for virus removal, and we make no virus removal claim. For virus risk, use additional EPA registered chemical disinfection (chlorine dioxide tablets) or RO treatment as appropriate.
Unopened cartridges stored dry, sealed, out of direct sun, away from freezing and high heat have a 5 year rated shelf life; once used, backwash, drain and air dry completely, replace when flow drops below half normal.
They can be used in above freezing temperatures; always fully drain all water after use in cold weather, as ice expansion can rupture the hollow fiber membranes. Proper draining after cold weather use prevents freeze damage and greatly extends product life.
Shipment from major ports in China, customer-nominated port supported; EXW/FOB/CIF available, DDP for selected destinations only.
Yes, replacement cartridges for all models are available as separate line items, use original model numbers for reorders to ensure compatibility.
Trace fine carbon dust from the activated carbon may come out on first use, this is normal and harmless, run water for 30 seconds and it will run clear. It is not a product defect.
No. Soap, detergent, bleach, alcohol or boiling water will damage the hollow fiber membrane and render the filter ineffective. Only backwash with clean, filtered water.
